In addition to the standard yoga mat designs offered in the shop, Leah also offers custom design options, where we work together to bring a design concept to life, and it is then hand drawn onto a cork mat for you by Leah herself.

Yoganomalous mats are made from sustainably harvested cork and natural tree rubber, not PVC, not TPE, and no other synthetic foam/plastic blends that sit in landfills for decades and break down into microplastics. Cork is renewable, biodegradable, and harvested without harming the tree, making it one of the most sustainable materials on earth. Tree Rubber too! Unlike plastic mats that become slippery when wet, cork activates with moisture. As your body warms and your hands begin to sweat, the grip actually increases. Suberin contributes to this performance by creating a micro-textured surface that interacts with moisture to enhance traction, giving you stability in downward dog, strength in warrior, and confidence in transitions. Cork contains suberin, a waxy biopolymer found in cork cell walls that makes it water resistant, antimicrobial, repelling mold and fungus growth, and odor resistant too.
